Maj. Gen. Awosanya S.A. is a retired very senior military officer who had served the nation in various capacities for 30 years. He is formerly the Head of Nigerian Army Finance corps.
He studied Accountancy at the Polytechnic, Ibadan, Gwent College of higher education, Newport, South Wales, UK. He also bagged an advanced diploma in Private Property Law and credit transactions from University of Lagos (UNILAG) and an MBA in Marketing strategy from Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), before proceeding to obtain Ph D in Accounting from Marlborough University, Honolulu, USA.
He equally bagged an A grade from the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos. He is astute investors and has distinguished himself in the area of real estate, stock broking and hospitability businesses.

Barrister Kembi, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, holds LLB (Hons) and LLM from University of Lagos and University of Ibadan respectively.
He also obtained Diploma in International Law from City of London Polytechnic and Certificate of Maritime Law from University of Southampton. He had worked in Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for many years before being seconded to Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) as principal manager in 1989 where he retired as the Board Secretary/Director, Legal Department in 2003. He is currently the Principal Partner, Richfield Chambers.
